The Business Visitor Stream is designed for individuals traveling to Australia for short-term business activities, such as attending a conference, negotiating deals, or exploring business opportunities. As an applicant, you must:
- Purpose of Visit: Genuinely intend to visit Australia for an eligible business activity, such as attending a conference or seminar, participating in negotiations, or exploring business opportunities.
- Relevant Background: Have personal attributes and a business background that align with your intended business activities in Australia.
- Financial Capacity: Have access to sufficient funds to cover your expenses while in Australia.
- Health and Character Criteria: Meet the relevant health and character requirements, which may include obtaining health insurance for the duration of your stay.
Sponsored Family Stream
The Sponsored Family Stream is for individuals traveling to Australia to visit family members. Applicants for this visa must be sponsored by an eligible relative residing in Australia. As an applicant, you must:
